What we do
Refreshed Apples is a B2B wholesale supplier of certified pre-owned Apple devices, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We supply businesses globally with used iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and AirPods. Every device is rigorously tested, professionally graded, and ready to deploy.
We exist for one reason: to make premium Apple hardware accessible to businesses at honest prices, while keeping working devices out of landfill.
Refreshed Apples supplies used Apple devices in bulk to resellers, IT distributors, retailers, and businesses equipping their teams. We operate exclusively B2B. Our customers are companies, not consumers.
Every device in our inventory passes a 60-point hardware and software inspection before it is graded and listed. We use a transparent five-tier grading system (A+/A through B/C, plus APPLEASIS) so buyers know exactly what they are getting. All devices are data-wiped, iCloud-free, MDM-free, and carrier-unlocked. Battery health is guaranteed at 80% or above across every grade, unless stated otherwise.
We sell through our website at refreshedapples.com, via a daily WhatsApp stock feed, and through a live Google Sheets price list updated regularly with current inventory.
Our story
Refreshed Apples was founded in Amsterdam with a straightforward observation: the market for used Apple devices in Europe was fragmented, inconsistent, and hard to trust. Buyers had no reliable way to know what condition a device was actually in, who they were buying from, or whether a supplier would stand behind their stock.
We set out to change that. Starting with a commitment to transparent grading, independent certification, and honest warranties, we built a wholesale operation that businesses could rely on. Since becoming active on TheBrokerSite in May 2020 and joining Handelot in 2022, we have grown steadily, earning a 4.6 out of 5 Google review score from buyers worldwide.

Quality & certification
Every device we sell is certified through industry-leading verification platforms:
Phonecheck. Every individual device passes hardware certification via Phonecheck before entering our inventory. Phonecheck is one of the most trusted independent testing platforms in the used device industry, and our certification gives buyers a verifiable record of each device's condition.
TheBrokerSite. We have been active and accredited members of TheBrokerSite, Europe's leading B2B marketplace for used IT and telecom equipment, since May 2020.
Handelot. We are accredited members of Handelot, the European B2B platform for used and refurbished electronics, since 2022.
GSM Exchange. We are verified members of GSM Exchange, one of the largest global wholesale platforms for mobile devices.
These certifications are not badges we display and forget. They represent ongoing accountability. Our listings, our grading, and our business conduct are visible and reviewable by the B2B community.
Our grading system
We use a five-tier grading system to describe the cosmetic condition of every device, applied consistently across all inventory:
- A+/A (Pristine). Minimal wear. Only barely visible scratches. No cracks.
- AB (Great). Light scratches on screen and housing. Minor dings and scuffs. No cracks.
- B (Good). Moderate scratches on body and screen. Moderate signs of use. No cracks.
- B/C (Fair). Heavy scratches and scuffs. Fully functional. No cracks.
- APPLEASIS. Pre-owned devices tested and sealed by Apple. Mostly A+/A and AB grade cosmetically.
All grades: 60+ point tested, battery health 80%+, data-wiped, iCloud-free, MDM-free, Clean ESN.
Warranty
All devices come with a minimum 30-day warranty covering functional defects. The warranty is extendable to 2 years, making our stock suitable for business deployment where longer coverage matters. APPLEASIS devices include a 30-day warranty covering iCloud and MDM issues.
